Tyler liked acting like a mad scientist with his egg-dyeing. He would have transferred eggs from one bowl to the other for hours just to see the colors that were made.

A little crazy
I must be a little crazy to keep starting projects outside.
I decided to put pavers down in front of the door.
and then a few days later we wake up to this. Not complaining about the snow or moisture, but everyone knows March is the cruelest month with its ups and downs in temperatures.
Then there are mornings where I take a quick shower, and come into the living room to find this going on. Maybe I'm not the crazy one.

Hiking in the Spring Sunshine
My friend Stephanie and her two kids met up with us last weekend to take us on a new hike near our house.
This morning Cash broke my favorite pink sunglasses. I'm heartbroken, but at least I have lots of memories wearing them. |
Hmmm....what's in this "power bar?" |

Washakie Museum--Worland, WY
Last week the boys and I drove down to Worland, Wyoming (just over an hour) and went to the Washakie Museum and Cultural Center, lunch, and a car dealership.
We had gotten a gimmicky flyer with a scratchoff sweepstakes in the mail saying we should could win a new car....or a gold-plated coin. Shawn and I figured that you can't win if you don't try, so down we went, and Tyler is now the proud owner of a Gold-plated bar worth about $28. You win some, you lose some!
We were winners when going to the museum, it was really family-friendly and had just enough dinosaurs to keep Tyler entertained, and just enough buttons to keep Cash's fingers busy.
People could color their own artwork and put it on the walls. Loved this idea! |
