Snow and sledding

It was such a fun day; we drove to Red Lodge where there was a foot of new snow.  It was coooold but gorgeous.  We ended the afternoon with more sledding with friends and a visit to the local brewery.

Birdy

I helped with the Audubon society's annual Christmas Bird Count last Saturday.
I met new people and walked around outside for a day looking for birds.  The numbers were supposedly low this year, which was a disappointment, but it made the birds we saw more exciting!

The sunrise this morning was a little stunning

Cash was invited to help feed cows from a feed truck this morning.
He was suited up and ready to go 30 minutes early, and wouldn't leave the window in case the neighbor drove up.
