I helped with the Audubon society's annual Christmas Bird Count last Saturday.
I met new people and walked around outside for a day looking for birds. The numbers were supposedly low this year, which was a disappointment, but it made the birds we saw more exciting!![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhTM9WCM35lrLcpCEX7bXYz7m_7JLwBElv1ink1ezxbrOWwvKorMHbpi6-_4ifBK9_me29Evui4Q5bczjD1J-7KaXaK8LXEPzhId6XYyTul9MpScRyCJ36ZK5E_FF5PTvIFmSsVIv0rSlQ/s1600/DSCN4950.JPG)

The only "new" bird I saw for my list...a Loggerhead Shrike. |
Your pictures are wonderful. The one with the round hay bales is my favorite.
