Horse drive through Sheridan...

Do you want to feel like you were there with us watching the horses run through town?
I thought so.

Vacation in Sheridan

It was such a great weekend away in Sheridan!  We met up with friends, saw wildlife, and had fun playing and exploring together.  It's too bad vacations have to end, I think the boys (and I) could do this all the time.

Relay For Life Bike Ride

Tyler's preschool had a Relay for Life fundraiser, and the kids got to bike, walk, roller-blade, or jog laps.
Tyler's choice (obviously) was biking.  He had one bad wreck but it didn't stop him for too long.  He kept saying "Good thing I had my helmet on!" Yes, we were glad, too!

Preschool Graduation, Ready for Kindergarten! Pictures and Youtube link

*Thank You* gifts for the wonderful teachers

Reciting the Pledge of Allegiance

Such a sweet smile

Waiting for diplomas (there always has to be a nose-picker)

Each student got their very own awesome book full of photos and interviews and papers.
That afternoon I found Tyler lying in his bed looking at it over and over.

Another Mother's Day

I never know what kinds of things will happen each year on Mother's Day.
This year I was out early in the morning watering some plants and found a toad nestled into the mulch.  That hoppity toad provided a half hour of entertainment for these boys.
Then we went on a boat ride on Bighorn Lake.

And after eating the traditional Mother's Day frozen Pizza, we topped the day off with a slice of White Chocolate Cake (with Raspberries).  I saw this on Joy the Baker's website and thought it looked fit for a queen. It tasted that way!

Shopping at Wal-Mart in Cody=BLAH
Eating at the Historic Irma Hotel in Cody=YEAH!
It was all decorated for Spring and Mother's Day.

Afterwards we rewarded ourselves with a walk along a nature trail.  It was high above the Shoshone River, and it was more of a way to get Cash and Tyler to run around until they tired out.  It's never fun to drive an hour home and have the kids be antsy and squirmy.

This is...

This is Tyler's reaction to Shawn's cookie-making instructions.
This is Ed, the potbellied pig pet at a party we went to.

This is the party:

This is a boy dressed up in nice clothes crawling under fences and wallowing with Ed the pig.

And this is my garden at the beginning of May.  Somewhat planted, still full of rocks, and with gobs of potential.
